1. Eligibility for Return

You may return a product if:

  • It is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

  • It is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items used or damaged after delivery

  • Products without original packaging

  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number, product name, and a clear photo showing the issue

  3. Our team will verify your request and provide instructions

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was delivered damaged, faulty, or incorrect

  • In such cases, we’ll arrange pickup or reimburse shipping after review

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status

  • If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or store credit

  • Refunds are not guaranteed for returned items that do not meet our conditions

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged

  • If you need an exchange, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped

  • Once shipped, the order must follow our return process
